You may experience delays to processing and shipping due to Covid-19. Please allow 7-14 business days (most orders ship quicker) for orders to be processed and shipped. This does not included major holidays, weekends or postal holidays. If you have a problem with your shipment, such as not receiving a package that has been marked as delivered on the tracking info provided, please contact the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for the delivery of packages after we ship them from site. So please make sure the address you provide is accurate. We do not reship or refund orders due to wrong addresses.
If an item does not work out for you, we would be happy to offer a store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Return items must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase. Items that do not meet these criteria's are non-returnable and will be denied.
