Returns + Exchanges

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We have a 14 day Return + Exchange policy:

  • If an item does not work out for you, we would be happy to offer store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned. 
  • Timing: Return/Exchange requests for any items must be made within 7 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned / exchanged must be in the original condition with its original packaging/tags. 
  • Items that do not meet criteria's are non-refundable and will be denied. 
  • For returns/exchanges, please email with the subject 'Returns' or 'Exchanges' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions on where to send returned/exchanged goods. We strongly recommended getting  proof of postage when returning/exchanging  goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that your are responsible for shipping costs of returned / exchange items.
  • When returned/exchanged item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of your store credit. 
  • If a refund is approved (for special circumstances), then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
